We got a Flip Ultra and Flip Mino (not HD)?

Ultra and disadvantages:
- Available locally for about $ 100
- 1 hours recording
- Uses AA batteries - good for the holidays, but the problem of compensation. I have set a AA battery.
- Critics say it handles better in low light

Mino advantages and disadvantages:
- More expensive, but it contains a battery recharageable (battery lasts for up to 4 hours, but it is not replaceable by the user. You can only) via USB to the computer for a fee
- 1 hours recording
- Critics say it runs better sound quality

What do you think? Mino worth the extra almost $ 100 (including taxes / etc) online?

Will you support the camera on family vacations and things like base to include everyday life.
