Is it possible to use my photo scanner for text? - photo scanner

I have an HP Photosmart C3100 All-in-one scanner.

I have a project with the boxes on the paper. In these fields, I have to fill in the information. to be like a newspaper page. IM is also for an image in one of these fields.

Does anyone know a way to write the gaps?
